Who does what
Your accounting software
- Keeps your clients’ books.
- Classifies expenses and transmits them to myDATA, as it does today.
Taktiko
- Reads from myDATA what has been transmitted and what has not, for each client.
- Gives an independent second opinion on each classification and alerts you when it differs.
- Transmits nothing for the businesses classified from your software.
What it checks
- Purchase invoices left unclassified in myDATA for more than 15 days.
- Duplicate and cancelled documents that have already been classified.
- Classifications that differ from the usual ones for the same supplier.
- Category and E3 code combinations that AADE’s table does not allow.
- In red, differences that change the tax treatment (fixed asset or expense, deductible VAT, goods or expense).
What stays the same
- You keep your software and the way you work.
- No installation and no connection to your software: Taktiko only reads from myDATA.
- One connection with the firm’s API credentials for all clients, revocable at any time from the AADE app.

Which software does it work with?
Any software that transmits to myDATA. Taktiko does not connect to your software: it reads documents and classifications directly from myDATA.
Will it transmit anything to myDATA?
No, for the businesses you mark as classified from your accounting software. There, Taktiko only checks and alerts.
What if Taktiko disagrees with a classification?
It shows you, with its reasoning. You make the decision, since you know the client, and you correct it from your software as always.
