Frequently asked questions
Does Taktiko send anything to myDATA without my approval?
No. Only what you approve is sent to myDATA. Until then, proposals are just proposals.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Every proposal has a confidence score and an explanation. Doubtful ones are flagged for review, and your corrections become rules so the same mistake does not repeat.
What do I need to connect?
Your myDATA REST API user and subscription key, issued free of charge by AADE. You can revoke them whenever you want.
Is my data safe?
Credentials are stored with AES-256 encryption and the database is in the EU. The AI only receives the fields each line needs and is not trained on your data.
Does it work with my accounting software?
Yes. Taktiko does not replace your software: it connects directly to myDATA, so it works alongside any program. You can also export everything to CSV.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days, with no card and no commitment.
