How to get your myDATA user and key

What you need

The business’s Taxisnet credentials.

Register for the myDATA REST API

1. Open AADE’s registration app

   Go to the myDATA app and sign in with your Taxisnet credentials.

2. Choose “Φόρμα εγγραφής στο myDATA REST API”

   On the page that opens, choose “Νέα εγγραφή χρήστη” (new user registration).

3. Enter a username

   Latin letters and numbers only, e.g. taktiko2026. Choose “Προσθήκη εγγραφής” and then “Προσθήκη”.

4. Copy the “Κωδικός API”

   Once registration is complete, the user appears in the list. The value in the “Κωδικός API” column is the subscription key.

In Taktiko

VAT number and name

Of the business the Taxisnet credentials belong to.

myDATA user

The username you created in step 3.

Key (subscription key)

The “Κωδικός API” from step 4.

Good to know

• Taktiko checks that the VAT number you enter matches the invoices of these credentials at AADE.
• You can revoke access whenever you want: in the same app, delete the user with the delete icon.
• If the key changes or is deleted, Taktiko lets you know the connection needs renewing.
