About Taktiko
Taktiko is built by Iñaki, from Barcelona, with one goal: classifying expenses in myDATA should take minutes, with the accountant always having the final say.
Why Taktiko
Every month, the same expenses from the same suppliers are classified one by one, for every client. It is work a computer can prepare.
But the decision has to stay with the person who knows the business. That is why Taktiko proposes, explains why and how sure it is, and only sends to myDATA what you approve.
How we work
- A direct line: every message is read and answered by the founder himself.
- We build Taktiko together with the first accounting firms: what you tell us changes the product.
- Transparency: every proposal shows its confidence, and every approval and submission is logged (who, what, when).
- Data is stored in the EU and AADE credentials are encrypted. You can download or delete your data whenever you want.
What you can check
- Every check is based on AADE’s official documentation (myDATA REST API v2.0.2 and the classification combinations table); every guide of ours cites its source.
- Sending classifications to myDATA has been tested in AADE’s test environment.
- We answer in writing, in Greek or English, within one working day.
We are a new tool
Taktiko started in 2026 and is looking for its first accounting firms. That is why the first check is free and read-only, or even with no connection at all, using an Excel file: you can judge us by the result before trusting us with anything.
