AI expense classification for myDATA: how it works
AI does not replace the accountant: it shows what is certain and where to look. This is how Taktiko works.
Where it starts
Taktiko connects to myDATA with the client’s API key and downloads the expense invoices every day. For every line it suggests a category and E3 code based on the supplier, invoice type, VAT, amount and the business’s activity.
Two confidence levels, not one
The suggestion has a separate confidence for the category (tax treatment) and for the E3 code. The status comes from the lower of the two, so a sure category never hides a doubtful code.
- Ready: both high. Approved in one click, together with the other ready ones.
- Likely: a solid suggestion worth a quick look.
- Check code or check category: one field is clear, and it points you to the one to confirm.
- Review: a detail myDATA does not have is missing (e.g. whether the fuel is for a passenger car).
It learns from your decisions
When you approve the same classification three times for a supplier, it becomes a rule and applies automatically to its next invoices. Your corrections weigh more than the AI.
Nothing is sent without you
Before sending, every combination is checked against AADE’s official table and the VAT classification is added. Only what a person approves is sent to myDATA, when they press «Send».
