Third-party fees in myDATA: lawyers, engineers, consultants
Two E3 codes, depending on whether the provider is in Greece or abroad, each with its own document types.
Short answer
- Provider in Greece: E3_585_009 · Other fees for domestic services, usually with type 2.1 “Service invoice”.
- Category: 2.3, 2.4 or 2.5; AADE’s table allows them for types 1.1, 2.1, 5.2 and 13.1.
- Provider abroad: E3_585_010 · Other fees for foreign services, with type 14.3 (EU) or 14.4 (third countries) and category 2.3, 2.4 or 2.5.
What to check
- E3_585_010 with type 1.1, 2.1 or 13.1 only accepts category 2.95 (other information). If you see a foreign service on such a document, check the provider and the type.
- Conversely, do not use E3_585_009 for a provider abroad just because the invoice is in Greek.
- Type 14.3 and 14.4 invoices are registered by the business itself: the foreign provider does not transmit them.
- Do not leave fees under “Other expenses” (E3_585_016) out of habit.
Why it matters
If the invoice is left unclassified, its amount is prefilled in E3 under code 585_016, together with every other unclassified expense (AADE’s E3 FAQ).
